We have just released the last lots left at Red Oak Ridge. The two on the ridge have been meticulously opened up and have large, flat, commanding house sites. #34 - Easy to Build, Awesome Views:  Lot 34, toward the top of the western ridge, has a large, flat house pad that looks out over mountain range after mountain range and is stunningly beautiful. In fact, it's so lovely that we've used the view from this house site as our signature photo in our Homes & Land ad. This is a west-facing site, a place to savor the sweeping sunset views.

#35 - The West End Soars: Lot 35 is now too awe-inspiring to leave as a number. The West End sits on a ridge at the end of the road and looks out over 30 miles of soaring mountains. We've created a newly contoured, spacious site on top of the ridge with views that make you feel like you're on top of the world. In addition, we added substantial acreage making it one of the largest parcels at Red Oak, built a private hiking trail, and added a column at the entry to emphasize the privacy of this unique property. The West End is the place to watch clouds drift among the valleys below in the morning and mediate on the sunsets at night.
